Pooper Scoopers LLC Customer Service Agreement

This Customer Service Agreement outlines the operational standards and mutual expectations for the professional pet waste removal services provided by Pooper Scoopers LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Overview

Pooper Scoopers LLC provides professional pet waste removal for residential and commercial properties. Service includes the thorough scooping of designated areas as agreed upon during the initial consultation and any approved updates to your service plan.

2. Scheduling and Service Visits

We operate on a recurring schedule based on your selected service frequency. Customers must ensure that gates are unlocked and entry points are clear on their scheduled service day and time. If we cannot access the property due to locked gates, blocked entry, or unsafe conditions, the visit may be skipped and the standard service fee may still apply. Same-day return visits for blocked or missed access are not guaranteed and are subject to schedule availability and additional fees.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for securing all dogs and other pets away from the service areas during each visit. Pooper Scoopers LLC cannot determine the temperament of any pet and is not responsible for injuries or incidents caused by animals on the property. Customers must also ensure the work area is free of excessive debris and notify us of any property hazards, such as aggressive animals, broken fencing, or unsafe surfaces.

4. Payment Terms

Service fees are billed monthly in advance, with a valid payment card kept on file. Charges are processed at the beginning of each billing cycle. If a payment method fails or is declined, service may be suspended until the balance is paid in full. Late or outstanding balances may incur additional fees as outlined in your invoice or payment agreement.

5. Access Requirements

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the service area, including clear pathways and functional gates or entry points. We do not store or retain gate or access codes; if you choose to provide a code, it is your responsibility to update or manage it. If access is blocked, unsafe, or otherwise unavailable at the time of service, the visit may be skipped and the standard service fee may still apply.

6. Weather and Service Delays

The well-being of our staff and your pets is our priority. We may pause, delay, or modify service during extreme or unsafe weather conditions, including lightning, heavy snow, ice, or localized flooding. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your visit within our operating schedule. Weather-related adjustments do not automatically result in credits unless specifically approved by Pooper Scoopers LLC.

7. Cancellation and Pause Policy

To cancel ongoing service, customers must provide at least fourteen (14) days’ notice prior to the next scheduled billing date. Temporary pauses in service may be approved at the company’s discretion and may be subject to restoration or restart charges when service resumes, especially if additional time is required to restore the property to standard service conditions.

8. Liability and Limitations

Pooper Scoopers LLC is not liable for damage to property that is not properly maintained or for conditions outside our control, including but not limited to pre-existing damage, hidden hazards, or actions of third parties. We are not responsible for pets escaping through unsecured gates or openings left open by the customer or others. Our services are limited to pet waste removal and do not include assessment of pet behavior, health, or temperament.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By allowing access to your property, maintaining an active payment method on file, and continuing to receive services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Customer Service Agreement and all related policies issued by Pooper Scoopers LLC. Your ongoing use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms communicated to you in writing or via our website.
